Accessibility

Arkwright Builds aims to make its public website and customer-facing digital services usable by as many people as reasonably possible, including people who use keyboards, screen readers, zoom or other assistive technology.

Our launch standard

We design toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA principles. During launch preparation we check semantic headings, labelled form controls, keyboard-operable navigation, focus behaviour, responsive layouts and readable text. This statement is not a claim of independent WCAG certification.

Known limits

Some specialist operational tools, legacy interfaces and third-party products reached from Arkwright Builds may not yet provide the same accessibility standard as the main public site. Where we control those interfaces, accessibility issues are treated as product defects and prioritised according to their impact.

Reporting an accessibility problem

Please contact us using the email above or write to the registered office. Accessibility reports are logged so that recurring barriers can be fixed rather than handled only as one-off support requests.
