ARKWRIGHT BUILDS
What Arkwright Builds actually does

Digital work that has to fit the business.

We are not limited to one platform or one deliverable. The service is designing and delivering the connected system needed to get the result, while preserving useful parts of what already exists.

01
Bespoke business ecosystems

One operating layer around the whole journey.

For businesses where the website, CRM, quoting, payments, operations, delivery, support and reporting need to share context and behave like one system.

  • Business and systems architecture
  • Customer acquisition and account journeys
  • CRM, commercial and delivery records
  • Client portals and internal operational views
  • Payments, files, approvals, notifications and reporting
  • Custom integrations where existing systems remain in place

02
Integrations and automation

Stop people carrying data between systems.

Connect software, websites, APIs and operational processes so the right information and next action move automatically, with approval retained where it matters.

  • API and webhook integrations
  • Data synchronisation and transformation
  • Workflow and approval automation
  • Payments, messaging and account connections
  • Monitoring, exception handling and audit trails
  • Deterministic automation before AI dependence

03
Rescue, repair and modernisation

Keep what works. Fix what does not.

Existing digital systems often need diagnosis and careful repair more than another rebuild. We trace the real failure, protect working dependencies and change only what is justified.

  • Website and application fault finding
  • Broken integrations and API repairs
  • Performance and mobile usability correction
  • Legacy system stabilisation
  • Safe migrations and phased modernisation
  • Operational and deployment fault investigation

04
Websites and customer journeys

A website that is part of the operation.

We build or improve the front door, then connect it to what happens after the click. Enquiries, accounts, quotes, payments, bookings, delivery updates and support should not become separate manual jobs.

  • Commercial websites and service journeys
  • Forms, qualification and CRM entry
  • Quotes, contracts, invoices and payments
  • Customer accounts and project visibility
  • Analytics and operational reporting
  • Existing platform integration instead of forced replacement

05
Internal tools and portals

Software for the way your team actually works.

When a spreadsheet, generic SaaS product or collection of manual steps cannot represent the real workflow, we build the missing operational layer.

  • Internal dashboards and control panels
  • Client, supplier and partner portals
  • Job, task and approval workflows
  • File, document and evidence handling
  • Role-based operational views
  • Mobile and web interfaces where required

Ongoing systems operation

Launch is a state change, not the end.

Where the system is important to the business, Arkwright Builds can continue to monitor, support and improve it instead of handing over a frozen codebase and disappearing.

  • Operational monitoring and incident visibility
  • Support and controlled fixes
  • Dependency and integration health
  • Measured improvement work
  • Change records and approval boundaries
  • Expansion of the ecosystem as the business changes

Not priced from a menu

Bespoke work is scoped before it is sold.

The old site treated Arkwright Builds as three fixed interventions. That is too narrow for the service. A real project can involve several capabilities and must be priced against the actual scope, dependencies and risk.

Your public brief therefore creates a scoping opportunity, not an automatic order. You only commit after receiving a proposal that records what is included, what is excluded, the price and the deposit.
